Delivery and Returns

Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm all the details. In it, we’ll include our estimated timescales for dispatch from our warehouse and delivery to your location. When your product is dispatched, we’ll send you another email confirmation, complete with all the tracking details and estimated delivery information.

We dispatch all in-stock parts the same day for orders placed before 4PM. Orders places after 4PM will be dispatched next day.

All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Freight charges are non-refundable. This includes all outbound shipping and handling costs associated with the original order.
  
• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
  
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
  
• A return authorisation must be obtained prior to returning any product. Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
  
• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  

These terms are intended to offset costs related to processing, inspection, handling, and logistics of returned products.

EPD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

EPD US PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Steel Undercarriage

4000-hours of service / 3-year period

EPD US Track Chains, Sprockets, Segments, Steel Track Shoes, Rollers, Carrier Rollers, and Idlers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 4000 service hours within a 3-year period from the original purchase date, or until they are 100% worn,
whichever occurs first.

For Sealed and Lubricated Track (SALT) chains, warranty reimbursement for premature joint failure is limited to the cost of replacement parts needed for repairs. However, leakage from joints following a pin & bushing turn is not covered. Claims for joint seizure on Sealed (Sealed &
Greased) and Un-Sealed (Dry) track chains will be denied if the failure is attributed to prolonged machine inactivity in a moist environment rather than a defect in material or workmanship.

Failures caused or worsened by excessive shoe widths or extreme service applications such as forestry and mining will result in a 50% reduction in warranty reimbursement.

Warranty coverage for Sprockets, Segments, and Steel Track Shoes is limited to breakage only. Wear-related issues or deformation (such as bending of track shoes) are not covered under this policy.

Rubber and Polyurethane Track Shoes

1200-hours of service / 9-month period

EPD Roadliners, Clip-On, and Bolt-On Rubber Pads and Poly Pads are warranted against
defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 1,200 service hours within a 9-month period from the original purchase date, or until they are 100% worn, whichever occurs first.

Warranty coverage for Rubber and Polyurethane Shoes is limited to breakage and rubber debonding only. General wear, bending, or rubber/polyurethane “chunking” or “chipping” are not
covered under this policy.

Bucket and Bucket Teeth

Teeth – replacement on breakage

Buckets – 1 year or 1000 hours against manufacturing defects

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

EPD's warranty applies to new products sold by Astrak US, provided they have been correctly installed, properly
maintained, and used under normal operating conditions. Damage resulting from abuse, failure of mating parts, or other
non-covered factors will not be eligible for warranty consideration. Additionally, costs related to transportation, labor,
downtime, or other claim-related expenses are not covered under this policy.

Warranty reimbursement is determined exclusively by EPD US and is calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis, beginning
from the original purchase date. Reimbursement eligibility remains pending until a complete warranty claim package is
received. Partial months of service are considered full months.

Claims submitted within three months of the original purchase date are eligible for 100% reimbursement, provided
they meet all requirements. Complete claim packages must be submitted within the applicable warranty period to be
considered.

EPD MAKES NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE EXPLICITLY STATED ABOVE AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE
SUITABILITY OF ANY COMPONENT FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. ASTRAK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT USE OR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE SPECIFIED
WARRANTY PERIODS AND TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE.

EPD's LIABILITY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FAILED PART, AND THIS SHALL BE THE
PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY, WHETHER THE CLAIM ARISES FROM CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT

LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Rubber Tracks

EPD Rubber Tracks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

• Mini & Midi Excavators, Lifting Platforms, Crawler Cranes, etc. – Up to 1,650 service hours or 20 months from the original purchase date, whichever occurs first.
  
  
• Compact Track Loaders (CTL), Skidders, Carriers, and Multi-Terrain Loaders – Up to 1,250 service hours or 15 months, whichever occurs first.
  
  Warranty coverage applies only within the specified service hours or time period, whichever limit
  is reached first.
  
  Labor on EPD parts – 90 days
  LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
  
  EPD's warranty applies to new products sold by EPD that have been correctly installed, properly maintained, and used under normal operating conditions. This warranty covers failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship
  that render the track unserviceable for its intended application. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper undercarriage conditions, high-damage environments such as demolition, concrete breaking, rock quarries,
  scrap yards, forestry, mulchers, or high-curb areas, nor does it apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse,
  neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or acts of God. Labor, removal,
  reinstallation, and transportation costs are considered routine maintenance and are not covered under this warranty policy.
  Warranty reimbursement is solely determined by EPD and is calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis, beginning from the original purchase date and concluding only when a complete warranty claim package is received. Partial months of service are considered as full months. To be eligible for consideration, complete claim packages must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
  
  EPD OFFERS NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE EXPLICITLY STATED ABOVE AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SUITABILITY OF ANY COMPONENT FOR A SPECIFIC APPLICATION. ASTRAK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USE OR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY
  PERIODS AND TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE. EPD's LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
  FAILED PART, AND THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY FOR THE PURCHASER, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM
  ARISES FROM CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL GROUNDS.
